Streaker is a silly, loving boy who loves everyone. He is just as happy going to conformation shows as he is hunting birds. He loves toys and is happiest carrying one around in his mouth. He is a lovely brown roan with brown dog with good bone and a nice coarse coat that is not excessive. He is our only fence-climber which brings us to......He accidentally sired a litter last year with Sarah. Although it wasn't a planned litter, the puppies were so incredibly nice that when it came time to choose a sire for Toots' litter, it was hard to look beyond Streaker. Streaker continues to make occasional appearances in the show ring. He will work toward his junior hunter title this fall.
Toots, Sarah and Tira are all littermates from our first litter. All three are champions although Tira is the best known. Tira is the only one that lives full-time at QuietWood. Sarah lives with my daughter. Toots lives with co-owner Lori Jenkins in Louisiana. Toots is an orange roan girl. She is an active girl that lives in the country on a lake. Having finished her championship, she is now retired from showing. This will be her first litter of puppies. We expect them to be similar to the litter produced by sister Sarah which you can see ......
We health test our dogs and guarantee our puppies to be free from genetic diseases to the extent we will replace any puppy that develops an inherited condition that affects its quality of life.
