Sir Greco was imported directly from Bredwardine Kennels in Wales as a puppy in 1999. We co-owned him with Roxanne Greco Ashley whose mother (Norma Jean Greco) was so influential in the breed back in the 1940s. Sir Greco grew up with Roxanne in the mountains of New Mexico for his first year. He then came to Texas to begin his show career, finishing his championship at the age of eighteen months.
He was a happy, outgoing and very expressive show dog who was great fun to show. He did very well, despite his more English look and being brindle, always something of a handicap in the show ring. After earning his championship, passing his health testing, and after we collected and froze semen on him, he returned to Roxanne. They now live in New York where he is still going strong.
He has a deep, rich apricot brindle color, very expressive eyes, lots of body and head, and has been a healthy and sound dog. We have a limited about of frozen semen available to approved, fully-tested bitches for whom we feel he is a good match.
He sired our Josh, Chance and Hope (see our Mastiff Boys and Mastiff Girls pages).
There are three litters sired by this handsome English boy with puppies available now. Contact us for more details if you are interested.
